Determining Availability
Zoom Passes
Reservations can be made between 5 and 30 days in advance. Reservations are available online only.
You may reserve 2 Zoom Passes per calendar month.
Please note that Zoom Passes are not valid for special events.
Pick up your pass at the Welcome Desk at Columbus Library anytime during operating hours no earlier than 3 days before your visit. If you would like to pick up your pass at Saluda Library, you must email ask@polklibrary.org five or more days before your visit.
The pass will be good for YOUR RESERVATION DAY ONLY. The pass will have your name on it and cannot be used by anyone else. The attraction may require a photo ID that matches the name on the pass.
